I am a PhD candidate in mathematics at Princeton University, advised by Allan Sly. My research is in discrete probability, particularly stochastic dynamics and random structures.

I am on the academic job market for postdoctoral positions beginning in Fall 2027.

Curriculum Vitae

Research

My research focuses on stochastic dynamics and random graphs. I am particularly interested in mixing times and cutoff, and in how geometry, interactions, and initial conditions shape the approach to equilibrium. My current work studies Glauber dynamics for spin systems and random walks on random graphs.

I am also interested in probabilistic questions arising from growing random networks, including inference and detection problems.

Alongside my research, I serve as president of the Korean Graduate Student Association (KGSA) at Princeton and organize The Noetherian Ring , a Princeton mathematics community focused on mentorship and community-building. Lately, I have been enjoying traveling and playing tennis.
