This is a dumpling that (hopefully, if I didn't make any mistakes) bounds two disks in the 4-ball 𝔻⁴ that are topologically ambiently isotopic rel boundary but not smoothly isotopic rel boundary. This result is from Hayden and Sundberg's paper [HS].
