In connection with the publication of the paper, which
cannot explain in full detail how all the various calculations
and program developments were done using Mathematica, etc.
we are including here simply a copy of a big directory in
my personal area of computer files at the University where
work was done, step by step, in developing the effective
mathematical modeling and the calculations deriving from
the modeling.
