   Here are being included, first a .pdf file provided
by World Scientific of the paper (nominally of 2008),
and second a .pdf file of the paper derived by scanning
the actual printed version as it appeared in the printed
journal the "International Game Theory Review".
   The first file is called "Nash2008.AK" and is a smaller 
file, while the second is called "Nash.IGTR_2008".
