Today slightly corrected versions of text for two of the talks or topics
are being included here.
  The topic relating to "AGENCIES" does not have a really fresh and
current text. That will ultimately be rewritten and updated. Etc., etc.
  Since these text documents are in .rtf format they would need to 
be downloaded and then viewed using a word processor. Or maybe a good
browser would call up the means needed as a "plug-in" type of software.
   Ultimately the text on the "interesting equation" will have the
appropriate tensor equations inserted by handwriting and then the
whole file will be included in .pdf format so as to include everything.
The main equation is already available in handwritten form in a .pdf
file.
