This topic, "Ideal Money and the Motivation of Savings and Thrift" 
was originally introduced for a lecture to be given in 2012 in the
vicinity of Astana, Kazakhstan.
    As things happened, a conflict of timing accidentally prevented
my giving any lecture in 2012 (while I was in the vicinity of Astana
in Kazakhstan).
    So, as things worked out, I gave the lecture in Bishkek, Kyrgystan
in May 2013. This was actually held in a room in the Hyatt Regency
hotel there in Bishkek.
