Noted 12 April 2006:

    At the lecture in Cedar Falls, IA at the University
of Northern Iowa, the same graphic display charts and
tables were use as had previously been available
and as had been used previously for lectures, etc.
    A new version of the paper/lecture text was used
in Cedar Falls and that is included here in a "display
form" (for transparencies or pages to be projected
using an "Elmo" projector (which was what they had at
UNI)).
